in Section 9, Township 59 North, Range 4 West Boise Meridian in Bonner County, Idaho; thence North 68 o 58 minutes East 81.9
feet; then North 32 degrees 50 mintues East 633.0 feet to the center of Bay View Boulevard in the First Addition to the Townsite
of Coolin, in said County."
